Deb Wojcik, PhD

Sr. Director, Strategic Partnerships & Impact

Dr. Deb Wojcik brings over 20 years of experience in program leadership and development, stakeholder engagement and network building, career and professional development, academic program advancement, and environmental education and communication. In addition to her consulting role with Joules Accelerator, Deb has served as Executive Director with the Research Triangle Cleantech Cluster (RTCC) since 2021, where she brings together industry leaders, academic institutions, government agencies, and fellow nonprofit organizations to advance cleantech innovation and adoption.

Prior to her roles with Joules and RTCC, Deb developed and managed innovative programs at Duke University, Stanford University, University of Florida, North Carolina Coastal Federation, North Carolina National Estuarine Research Reserve, and with technology companies. Deb earned a PhD focused on interdisciplinary social sciences from the University of Florida, was a postdoctoral scholar at Stanford University, and holds Master of Environmental Management, Master of Arts in Teaching, and Bachelor of Science degrees from Duke University.
