I’m traveling, do you have hotel options?

Yes! We have room blocks available at the Residence Inn – Charlotte Uptown and Charlotte Marriott City Center. Use the booking links on the Hotels page to access the block rate.

How do I get to the various conference locations?

If traveling to Charlotte, we recommend staying in one of the hotels where we’ve blocked rooms, or another hotel uptown, to have easy access to transportation and conference locations. Uptown Charlotte is approximately a 20-minute walk across from end to end, so dining, hotel, and venue locations within uptown are walkable.

Mass transit options in Charlotte are limited. Parking includes a mix of on-street metered parking (2h. max), and parking decks. Transportation provided from uptown Charlotte for Day 1 visits.
